Custom & Personalized Items
All custom apparel and personalized signs are made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Please double-check all spelling, sizing, colors, and design details before submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Apparel Sizing
We provide detailed sizing charts for all apparel. Because items are custom printed or embroidered, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing. Please review measurements carefully before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Non-Custom Items
If we offer non-custom, ready-to-ship items, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
